Democracy may or may not die in darkness as the WaPo thinks, but socialism clearly lives in darkness. And without food, sanitary water, and a whole host of other things including hope. BO, Occasional Cortex, Bernie, Beto, Spartacus, etc may claim to provide "Hope", but it is "Hope a Dope" ... fake hope for people that read neither history, economics, nor even current events.
